Nippon Kanzai Holdings has expanded its presence not only in Japan, but also in the condominium management sectors of the United States, Germany, and Australia. Pursuing a unique strategy centered on condominium management, we have expanded our operations across these countries, managing approximately 430,000 units in total. By deepening our understanding of local business customs and characteristics, and coordinating with the management of local companies, we aim to accumulate a unique set of global condominium management expertise and further our global presence in the future.
